Welcome to the Riverwood Library/Media Center page!
I am Sarah Blair, and am so excited to be here at Riverwood Elementary! I am LOVING being your media director! I graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with an Elementary Education degree, and was a classroom teacher for eleven years, teaching grades 2nd and 4th-7th. I later received my Master's as a Reading Specialist, as well as my certificate for Library Media Education. Outside of the school I get to hang out with my husband, Toby (who is also in education), and our two amazing kids, Landry and Henry. Life is pretty great!
I am LOVING being in the library. There are so many great things that have already started in our new space, as well as many amazing things to come. I truly believe that the library should be the hub of the school, with lots of activities going on inside. I am excited to work with our staff, community, and our parents to ensure that each of our students have the best educational experience at Riverwood Elementary!
